- Tejpatta or तेज पत्ता

- Dalcheeni or दालचीनी

- Laung or लौंग

4. Coriander Seed
- Dhaniya ke beej or धनिये के बीज




5. Cumin
- Jeera or जीरा

6. Ginger
- Adrak or अदरक

7. Peppercorn
- Peppercorn or Black Pepper or Kaali Mirch काली मिर्च

8. Rosemary
- गुल मेंहदी or रोजमैरी

9. Turmeric
- Haldi or हल्दी
